Rasti Posted July 3, 2023 Report Posted July 3, 2023 Vibration is still used in many places for erm, theraputic needs in addition to others. Electrocution for the applications it was used for is banned in many places, but continues to be somewhat useful in muscle stimulation therapy for atrophied muscles. Lobotomies are no longer used for psychological reasons but interestingly it can be useful in other neurological applications. Snake oil is my favorite because while the science behind it may be sound, the story is freaking hilarious. Lile for real would you.like to buy my smelly oil for use as a moisturizer and a joint compound? Nevermind where it came from.... $170 per bottle bud! But realistically, you can get many of the same benefits of omega acids by altering a few parts of your daily diet. ....not exactly possible in the late 1800's.... Quote
