You may be able to register as a non-american at http://www.accis.edu, they really only specialize in computer science though. Quote
Kizzi Posted November 14, 2005 Report Posted November 14, 2005 England has the "Open University" and has a wide range of online courses. http://www.open.ac.uk You can do courses part-time so you can study whilst working full or part time! KiZzI  edit: They take oversea students but I think it costs more. Check it out! Quote

Bio-Hazard Posted December 2, 2005 Report Posted December 2, 2005 Colleges are like businesses. Either that or they are ignorant to the fact that people want to visit the world before they die. I'm sure there are some certification tests, but things aren't going to do so well.I would suggest picking up some college books and looking for tests like CLEP which are widely recognized in America. From what I know, there aren't many tests that are accepted worldwide. Some locksmithing things are, tradeskills, but I don't think that's what you are looking for. Quote
