Why are you here?

mostly to educate others... i do learn, but its primarily not why i come here, thats left for research, i like to contribute to people's knowledge more, and if i ran down the rest of choices, which i will in a sec, educating others is the best first choice for me, other choices:

 

stopped arguing religious beleifs because the overwhelming majority of christians on this site get overly offensive when they read more into the history of their own religion, where their traditions came from, and what they used to do to make people join it, to a point of complete denial and flaming and name calling, so hence all logic fails and its no fun to discuss that religious topic any more, and only a few people can be logical about religion.... But i do have cramps to make a come back, perhaps a post about true Islam, too many conversations with people who scarecely know what islam is about, i guess....

 

However i do agree with GAHD's point, i am not educated well enough in math or physics and chem to argue on the level that people argue on, even though i may understand that they are wrong to say that some other theory is wrong...

 

oh and lastly, i dont think that "damn, i hate stupid people!" can really be another category of the poll, so thats why i didnt go with "Other"...

Duh!

So I can hang out with people that have become friends over the past two years. It's a great place to be, and I really enjoy the feedback I get from others.

The bonus would be that Tormod still lets me be an Administrator, and I sometimes get to tell people what to do. But that's a secondary reason.

Mainly it's just to hang out with friends (a few of whom I have met), and hope for cool packages from Norway once in a while. :hihi: (hint hint!!)

Some thoughts come quicker than others, when I read the posts in the threads.

Some don't come at all.....

That's when I slow down and try to understand what's been thrown at me.
