Tim_Lou Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 hmm, i come up with something really interesting, i think... i believe no one has ever seen any of the members in this forum b4. (except tormod's photo..) what do you think other ppl look like? their personality?based on what we discuss here? in my mind, tomord was like a gentleman wearing some formal clothes, wearing a pair of glasses, like a lawyer type of guy.(but the photo...) freethink is like a biologist wearing shirts and shorts, full of hair. and would go all around the world to see animals..... lets see what you guys think about others?and see how opinions differ.and how close prejudice is compare to reality. Uncle Martin Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 Tim, My mental image of you is 5' 5" tall, 105 lbs. dark hair and slightly oversized upper incisors. Close? Quote
Tim_Lou Posted June 3, 2004 Author Report Posted June 3, 2004 lol.... how tall is 5'5"?? im about a typical teenager tall, like 160-170 cm i think 140 pounds...lol i am.. not so skinny and not too fat...dark hair, yes....absolutely... Uncle Martin, my image of you is like an old professional full of experiences...it has something to do with your icon...lol Quote
Uncle Martin Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 Unfortunately I do have a "Wilford Brimley" look. Very much like the icon. I am certainly full of....well.... yeah, experiences. Quote
Freethinker Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 Interesting that your "physical" description of people involves "occupational" parameters. BTW, you missed me by a kilometer (that would be "mile", but you had trouble with ft/in) Esp (unfortunately) the hair. }:-( Quote
Tormod Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 Ah...I DID wonder when you were going to post a real photo of yourself! Tormod Quote

Uncle Martin Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 I'm not brave enough to post my image of Irisheyes, I fear her wrath.I picture FT as one of those sausage mascots of the Milwaukee Brewers except with a cheesehead hat on. Quote
Tormod Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 BTW, where IS Irisheyes these days? Tormod Quote
Tim_Lou Posted June 3, 2004 Author Report Posted June 3, 2004 lol... what people write did reflect some personality.... (hmm, maybe irisheye is using another name right now! watch out!) Quote
GAHD Posted June 6, 2004 Report Posted June 6, 2004 Well, would certainly be interesting to hear people's views on how they picture me.How my mind pictured others;FT - middle aged man, balding with grey streaks, mustash, defined crows feet , slight jowels, big fan of plaid, nicotine stained fingers. Reformed/restrained drinker. Tormod - late 20's early 30's, techy type in dress, pocket protector on ocassion, khackies, still with a layer of baby fat he never worked off. Social smoker/drinker.Tim - average teenage build, large forehead, more weight in the torso than the limbs, leg heavy if anything.Irish Eyes - late 20's, conservative but modern dress(shoulder&ankle exposure, not much more), probably a big fan of earrings, one tatoo(undefined, probably a cartoon character) in an inconspicous place, Drinks a fair amount, smokes under stress only. Roberto - mid 20's. Glasses, tailored clothing, well groomed but overweight. pronounced forehead wrinkling especially upper nose. Quote
Tim_Lou Posted June 6, 2004 Author Report Posted June 6, 2004 lol, gahd, i really have no idea what u look like........ maybe something to do with your icon..... Quote
Tormod Posted June 7, 2004 Report Posted June 7, 2004 Well, GAHD is Canadian so I'd say he likes to take a hike in the mountains and hunt for grizzly bears, while he contemplates the stupidity of the world...(and Americans in particular) Tormod Quote

I have been hunting recently, and I do contemplate the stupidity of the world(American politics in particular), maby people just need to leave their bee hive like cities once in a while and take a look at nature. Originally posted by: Uncle Martin Technically GAHD is an American. If you mean American like other people mean European or Asian, then yes. Damn that country to the south, I know a lot of people thinking of re enacting the war of 1812. Originally posted by: Tim_Loulol, gahd, i really have no idea what u look like........maybe something to do with your icon..... Good show, though the eye-thing only happens when I hear someone say something that breaks the"there are no stupid questions" rule. And I'm pasty-white, not green. ^.^ Quote

Oh I know I do...went fishing with my daughters yesterday (3 1/2 yrs and 11 months) and got about 5 throws (no fish) before we had to give up because one of the critters wanted to try (so I had to promise to buy a kiddie fishing rod) and the other simply couldn't stop trying to take a dive.
