GAHD Posted December 9, 2005 Report Posted December 9, 2005 nope, but i do enjoy the occasional bout of Mania! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Quote
Drip Curl Magic Posted December 16, 2005 Report Posted December 16, 2005 Panic attacks aren't that bad... they fade quickly, for me... and I feel relieved afterwards. And during a panic attack... Although I'm feeling a rush of negative energy... I kind of like the feeling of a surge of any kind of energy... whether it be bad or good. Either way, I kind of like the feeling of being emotional... it reminds me that i am still alive and well. Quote
Queso Posted April 12, 2006 Author Report Posted April 12, 2006 Mania, ahhhhNothing like throwing a chair thru your bedroom door 14 years of age.:hihi: Guess what?I'm not afraid of spiders anymore. Guess how I did it?Well, 6 months ago I was at this beautiful lake and I had dropped 4 drops of lsd on my tongue a few hours prior, when I looked down at the ground and saw a spider crawling on my bag. Now, anyone that's "done acid" knows that this psychedelic chemical's relationship with the Human,is not one of Cartoon Hallucinations. It's more of a severely intense Euphoric Mania that causes your whole entire body to resonate. You feel like you're in an impressionist painting in the sun,and you know those few seconds in the morning when you stretch, and it feels SOOOO GOOD???Imagine feeling that for 12 hours or more! :) :) Ah, Well now you have a little background on how I felt at the moment I saw this spider.I panicked, and at first immediately thought I saw a million spiders everywhere, and RAN!But I stopped, looked down, and saw nothing.Slapped my back, my bag, and my pocketsand still Didn't see any spiders. So I came to the conclusion I was Safe, when I realized I was safe all along, and thou spiders are creepy, and they leave itchy marks (and in some cases, inject enough venom into your arm for it to be sore for a week, and in some cases even kill)They're amazing. They're just....crazy looking,With their UNSPINNING websand crazy eyes-8 legs.Crawl fast, toward you. Yeah so that panic attack actually benefited me,I'm in love with the things. Quote
Queso Posted April 12, 2006 Author Report Posted April 12, 2006 and + If i died from a spider bite i'd laugh my *** off in pain and then I wouldn't laugh anymore. Quote
InfiniteNow Posted April 12, 2006 Report Posted April 12, 2006 You just reminded me of a time I was in High School and my friends and I ate some shrooms as we went camping. It was dark, and unfamiliar area to me, and shadows everywhere looked like tarantula's (I live in TX remember...) I was very nervous for a while, and every shadow I saw I thought was a huge spider. Then, as I sat in the grass and looked at the stars, I realized they were alive too and weren't that different from me. Ever since, no worries. Ah... the joys of growing up and experimenting with the universe. Quote
ingannilo Posted April 12, 2006 Report Posted April 12, 2006 Once they've come full circle back around to ease and acceptance I feel good about them. I looked up agoraphobia and panic attacks on google, and outside of psychedelic experiences, I've only ever felt the symptoms in shopping malls. The relief stepping back outside, done being forced through the labyrinths of gluttony and commercialism is like taking a bottle of valium or watching the sun set on the water. In retrospect I get out of 'panic attacks' what most religious people I know get out of church. A refreshing reminder of my priorities. Quote
