Queso Posted December 13, 2005 Report Posted December 13, 2005 so, what if we humans survive for thousands, even millions of years.HAH i wont even get into how that could happen-the point is sharp, not in curiosity------but in it's aerodynamic deliverance.what i'm trying to say isi'll never be able to say itbut the best way i possible could would probably be something like:(and this is just a famous "what-if" question!)what if our brains are only capable of using 99.99999% of itselfkind of like the speed of lightor if that's one of the strange laws of the universeO how i wish i knew where i could find some more conciousnessthe galaxies yonder-imagine the things they'll know!the aliens out there! they must be indulging in their own taboosin their own shadowsfrom their own 3 sunstriplets! orbiting.yeah so what if we can't ever use all of our brains?and WHOA what if we could, eh!?:cup: Quote
Queso Posted December 13, 2005 Author Report Posted December 13, 2005 the most psychoactive thing i've consumed as of today was caffeine-in my tea.but oh-i need to lay off the chems you say?now, seeing as how we ARE in the lounge, i approach you with swift movement and wide eyes-what would make you say something like that?just because i am very fascinated with "chems" does not mean i am always on them & running trying to find them!to consume them! no, my friend.there is a balance, one with unsteady variable waveforms.and i value the essence of sobriety just as much as i value the essence non-ordinary reality.+ my poet side intertwines my aura from word to wordand my poet side is where i lay onand turn off the lights. Queso Posted December 13, 2005 Author Report Posted December 13, 2005 *sigh the desire to write, to ramble in my corridors that i moderate-(sequence of action, and of course reaction)leaves me flaborghasted. i just wanted to climb atop the bluff and watch the ocean from 100 feet up.so i did.i just wanted to write about a what-ifso i did!accused by a digital neighbor!though, one not to blameassumptions are always madefrom vagues to the energythat just flourishes when you readthese temporary symbols. one thing i do love oh so very much is rambling in this door of the lounge.hehe, i see you peeking your head in here.have a seat, this is the lounge. Boerseun Posted December 13, 2005 Report Posted December 13, 2005 The pulling of leg is what caused this replyand the right to spout randomly I will not deny If my reference to chems was such an offence,I have to tell you that at times I'm quite dense. I apologise profuselycan you forgive me? By the way - what's that smell? Is someone smokin' in here? Turtle 1 Quote

Loricybin Posted December 16, 2005 Report Posted December 16, 2005 hell yes, Dr. Suess! spent the night at my brother's house, with my newborn nephew, and read some of his suess books. HAHAHA- Hop on Pop!and man, green eggs and ham, what a wonderful book that is. and its a great explanatioin for the unknown.unknown=possiblely risky=fear=hate but by trying, experimenting, making sure he DID, in fact, not like green eggs and ham, he discovered a wonderful (and rather trippy) dish! I WISH I HAD SOME GREEN EGGS AND HAM Quote
Drip Curl Magic Posted December 22, 2005 Report Posted December 22, 2005 I WISH I HAD SOME GREEN EGGS AND HAM My mother used to make them for me when i was little. All you gotta do is add green food coloring to the eggs. Then just cook your eggs and ham how you normally would. Quote
Tarantism Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 i can vaguely recall my grandfather reading me Dr. Seuss stories when i was a much younger child...i had/have upwards of 15 Seuss books. i personally have never read/seen then Lorax, my favorite was always Yerlte the Turtle, who thought so much of himself as a ruler that he started to think himself better than those who looked up to him (his people, the other residents of his pond...eventually his people got sick of it and pulled a Ku de Ta on Yertle. Luckily for our protagonist, he learns his lesson and eventully regains his throne and is nice to everyone. quite the message, and all of his stories have the greatest artwork. "on beyond Zebra is a good one too... regards. Quote
Drip Curl Magic Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 has anyone ever read "go, dog, go!" That was one of my favorite childhood reads. Quote
Loricybin Posted December 24, 2005 Report Posted December 24, 2005 what was it about, i remember the name, but i forget the story Quote
