GiR Posted June 10, 2004 Report Posted June 10, 2004 Need some info and suggestions on what would be the best program overall to get that covers data backups (including audio and video backups) that would work well on an old PC running win 98 450 MHz P3 processor, etc.Gir Quote
GAHD Posted June 10, 2004 Report Posted June 10, 2004 Try the backup program that comes with win 98, should be on your install cd. Quote
Tormod Posted June 10, 2004 Report Posted June 10, 2004 Alternatively, there's a small program called SecondCopy which I use to make backups of my files and folders. It's $30 but you can try it out first. It can schedule tasks so basically you can set it and forget it. Should work fine on your computer. http://www.secondcopy.com/ Tormod Quote
Tormod Posted June 10, 2004 Report Posted June 10, 2004 Sorry, I missed the topic title where you say CD/DVD burners. Well, I'd suggest Ahead NERO for that. http://www.ahead.de Tormod Quote
