Jay-qu Posted August 31, 2006 Report Posted August 31, 2006 maybe you could try bracketing, when you have written your post, before you submit it, read it. Then read again trying to put yourself in our perspective. You will quickly realise that proof is the best way to not land yourself in strange claims. You will also improve the quality of your posts :cup: Quote
LaurieAG Posted September 9, 2006 Report Posted September 9, 2006 For wormholes to exist there would have to be some sort of 'physical' interconnection between singularities i.e. all the high points on an inverted density map are connected in some way. The main problem that arises is when you try to open a physical channel within an infinitesimally small conduit, apart from the amount of energy required. We already know what happens when we split an atom. GAHD 1 Quote
ryan2006 Posted September 12, 2006 Author Report Posted September 12, 2006 Jayqu, I'm trying what you suggest. Write and then read. That is my problem I voice before I think. It makes me a horses mouth not really a prick. Harvard released their findings on dark matter over the BBC news radio which they said in their finding accounted for the gravity that they couldn't previously account for. The news release also went on to say that dark matter does not emit or absorb light. In the case of a black hole I have also heard that they do not absorb light that the light stops at the edges of it. This perhaps means that black holes are made of dark matter but it really is unclear to me what the truth is and perhaps like a lot of hype about something people draw conclusions without much knowledge. I believe that I have overstepped my personal boundaries in trying to explain myself. I sincerely do not want to hold anyone responsible for living my life other than myself. I want to apologize for pershaps trying to express the ugly emotional life that I often struggle with on a daily basis. It would mean everything to me if I could be someone other than a person who lonely suffers from something of question in the minds of folks who would rather add to the discomfort by bringing to attention my faults. I find little comfort on a daily basis because I truly am surrounded by people who are well not well versed in the universe and as much as I like to talk about the topic I find that they would rather talk about adam and eve. I have pointed out that there might be no creation story at all that the infinite or eternal whichever word or definition of the eternal came first doesn't really matter. That perhaps there was no need for a creation story that it may have always exsisted without being created and that we are expressions of all that is and always has been. I believe it is called foreverism. Regardless of what we call it I find foreverism to be true for me. Well anyway sorry if you had to bend your ear this long. Sorry if I offended anyone in the past. One day at a time is good advice. Ryan Quote

This perhaps means that black holes are made of dark matter but it really is unclear to me what the truth is and perhaps like a lot of hype about something people draw conclusions without much knowledge. Let me preface that I've not had any formal training, and am basing this on those few good books (or more appropriately, those few good authors whom) which have aided in my own understanding. I do not believe it implies that black holes are made of dark matter. It sounds more like you hear the word "dark" and the word "black" and form an association. AFAIK, blackholes are just a warpage in spacetime, matter like any other, but with some different math. Dark matter is far less understood and may have an impact, but we really do not know yet. Quote
InfiniteNow Posted December 9, 2006 Report Posted December 9, 2006 Sorry if I offend anyone it is only an illness you think i really care anymore what the cruel world has to say about my life I don't they have done everything except kill me and maybe one day they will. So take the truth off the internet so people can't read what I really have to say. Try to solve the worlds problems. I don't care what you do just leave me alone. Therapists and meds might be able to offer some assistance. We are simply a community of people like any other, and a mirror of your own world. Ryan, I like that you contribute here, but frankly, your post above is not only an off topic rant, but also a cry for help. Be well, and peace. :) Quote

ryan2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Author Report Posted December 9, 2006 Watching a clip from Deja Vu last night I realized that it would take energy to move our universe from one place to another. Then I thought well if the universe is more like a big electron that can jump out of orbit without energy in a perpetual energy state since everything is in motion anyway it would not need any energy to accomplish it since the energy is already there. One thing we should learn from the big bang theory is that if there was an explosion out of nothing or a condensed matter then the particles would have fled in all directions leaving some place in the universe void of matter. Does anyone have anything to fill in the gaps or new information. Quote
