matrixscarface Posted February 3, 2006 Author Report Posted February 3, 2006 I myself think President Ahmadinejad of Iran. its just to dangerous. I realize they must want nuclear power.. and i know they need it.. but this man believes the holocaust to be a myth.. he vows to destroy Israel.. and were going to let him have nuclear technology? no way.. and with Palestine, i fear a nasty war in the middle east Quote
InfiniteNow Posted February 3, 2006 Report Posted February 3, 2006 What stands the world greatest threat? as in governments and bad people..I'd say the greatest threat is ourselves, and our own misconceptions and fears. That, when taken in aggregate, pretty much sums up the threats IMO. Quote

Racoon Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 The greatest threat is Human Overpopulation.Too many ignorant sons of guns like Infy said... results from overpopulation. Overpopulation leads to Global destruction and consumption of Earths resources. Leads to Wars over land and resources. Leads to poverty, which leads to bad behavior and desperate actions. Overpopulation.........Too many rats in a cage! Quote
Boerseun Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 If there is any truth in a "runaway" greenhouse-effect scenario, I guess the biggest threat would be humans pumping all kinds of gases into the atmosphere without understanding the full impact of it. This, of course, ties in with a population boom, seeing as more people equals more polluters. Quote
