IrishEyes Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 I'm going to take your pic and do one of those age-progression things to figure out what you look like now... Should be interesting! Quote
Freethinker Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 Should be interesting to see what I will look like! Er do look like? Quote
Freethinker Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 Didn't like my greaser days as much. Quote
Tormod Posted September 1, 2004 Report Posted September 1, 2004 Irish, is that you doing your age-progression thing on FT's avatar? It changed since yesterday! Surely the right man for a vocational calling! PS How did you hide his lobo scar? No wait --- it's under his slick hair!!! Quote
IrishEyes Posted September 1, 2004 Report Posted September 1, 2004 PS How did you hide his lobo scar? No wait --- it's under his slick hair!!! His lobo scar would only show up if the picture was of his ***, silly! That's where all men's brains are, isn't it? Quote
Freethinker Posted September 1, 2004 Report Posted September 1, 2004 Irish, We could argue where each man stores their individual brains. I suggest you are 180 wrong! And contrary to common perception, women DO have a brain! The question is, when is it your turn to use it? :-) Quote
Freethinker Posted September 1, 2004 Report Posted September 1, 2004 And Tormod, I was wondering when your country is going to transition from B&W to color? Quote

While color has a lot to do with frequency, that discussion is/was on another thread. As to whisky, I am talking about BEING IN COLOR (photo), not seeing them! Beside, I live in one of the few parts of the world where Brandy is more popular than Whiskey, where the state beverage is the Brandy Old Fashioned. Quote
Tormod Posted September 1, 2004 Report Posted September 1, 2004 Why, my photo is in color. Don't you see the red tint? Quote
wisdumn Posted September 1, 2004 Report Posted September 1, 2004 hey tormod, do you remember what was happening at the time of your photo, how about you FT ? i like to look at my old photos to see if i remember what was happening at the time. Quote
Freethinker Posted September 2, 2004 Report Posted September 2, 2004 Actually, the rest of that pict was my ex and we were sitting by a Xmas tree. Quote
TINNY Posted September 2, 2004 Report Posted September 2, 2004 Just want to add. I remember Freethinker's first avatar. The biker pic. It gave me the impression of a 50-something old boor who thinks he's cool. And with the sunglasses and the grin, he looked menacing and has that hoarse voice like WWF wrestlers, and a grumpy old man like my grandad - very bossy and mean. It had a lot of impact on my impression on him.But the most recent pic does not seem to be very impactful. there is a slight feeling of him letting of a bit nowadays compared to when he first came to hypography. more open-minded and humorous, although still the old grumpy boor ranting and raving at everybody most of the time Quote

It had a lot of impact on my impression on him.Maybe I should go back to that standard selection if it has that powerful of an effect! Much better than some whiney little snot nosed brat that can't quite ever figure out what the word PROOF means! But I can see how some whiney little snot nosed brat that can't quite ever figure out what the word PROOF means would think that someone with knowledge that comes from years of experience and demands some modicum of thought in discussions, would think that. Thanks for the complement! Quote
TINNY Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 you don't have to go about ranting at me like that. we're just talking about avatars. Quote
