Freethinker Posted September 9, 2004 Report Posted September 9, 2004 I WISH I was him! I'd have the pocket change to fund the whole HCE myself. Though I don't know if I'd be seen with this group then! :-) Quote

Freethinker Posted September 10, 2004 Report Posted September 10, 2004 I broke the previous page real good! Quote
IrishEyes Posted September 10, 2004 Report Posted September 10, 2004 Geez, T, I saw Yvonne's new avatar too - your wife is a hottie, huh? It's so wild to 'see' you, Yvonne, and FreeT after chatting for so long. Very cool though. Now I'll know who to look for next year at the HC. Quote

Uncle Martin Posted September 11, 2004 Report Posted September 11, 2004 Alright,... here you go. My "new" picture/icon is six or seven years old but pictures of me without a fish are quite scarce. That's me, just add a "few" pounds and maybe an inch to the forehead. The funky hair is due to 400 miles driving with the windows down, not usually that bad. Your turn Irish. Oh, I forgot you already have your picture as an avatar. Quote
Tormod Posted September 12, 2004 Report Posted September 12, 2004 Yeah, we know all about that inch on the forehead. Quote

Uncle Martin Posted September 12, 2004 Report Posted September 12, 2004 It depends on how you define question!!!! Or how you define IS!!! What exactly are you talking about???? Quote
Uncle Martin Posted September 12, 2004 Report Posted September 12, 2004 As I recall,... in the film " the witches of Eastwick",.... Jack Nicholson was the DEVIL! Freethinker,... your cover has been exposed. The devil himself is now trying to steal our souls at Hypography. YEP!!! I've got it all figured out now. Jack, FT and GWB are all the DEVIL! Quote
Tormod Posted September 12, 2004 Report Posted September 12, 2004 Ooh...unc...that stare. Now YOU give me the jitters. The old southern gentleman is gone...and here comes this dark-haired man dressed in red. Hm. Who has long since admitted to being a cheesehead even though he lives in Alabama. And what do a scientific trip to the web provide us with? http://www.ulrc.com.au/HTML/grimoire.asp?RefNum=SSRT0047&Page=1&View=Legend&City=Huntsville&State=Alabama Hey - WHEN did you move there, you said? Quote
Uncle Martin Posted September 12, 2004 Report Posted September 12, 2004 I moved here in '81. That is an odd website. I've never heard that legend, perhaps my kids have though. I hadn't noticed the intense stare until you mentioned it,... I'll see if I can find a happier looking pic that I can cut the fish out of. Quote
