well you're wrong because I BELIEVE I already know the "Real truth" of our existence.
So I'm wrong because you believe???.........., I don't remember insisting that I had all the answers my friend. It takes a lot of courage to be so confident when the truth is; We are all capable of being so wrong about many things so much of the time.

you sure about that?

no offense, but I doubt you're current being would ever be able to comprehend any sort of "real truth". Maybe for a split second... just a glimpse of "truth". Sometimes, I feel like I have those.... but I can't say for sure... because I can never maintain long enough to analyze truth.

ahh, now I'm lost.

humans.

i wouldn't say something that i didn't think about before hand.

Sure we don't know the details

but it's pretty obvious to me what "real truth" is.

i can believe anything,

Lets re describe god and see what kind of results we get.

God is now called universe source. The light, the matter, its all one anyway, that is what we can call god. It is here and obviously always has been. Who what when where and how is pretty strange.

Do you believe in god source?

ps, ponder the fact that your consciousness can purposly assign a color to specific light frequencies. Does it create this quality in consciousness? or do atoms have the ability to accomplish this feat.?

The fact that this vast, incomprehensibly large cosmos exists at all begs the question "where did it come from."

Before the big bang, there couldn't have been nothing. And if all matter was condensed into an incredibly massive ball that exploded into a universe...where did that come from?

Is that what a black hole is? Is it a universe factory? Is the swirled matter pulled into the singularity and turned into a new universe on the other side?

Regardless...where did this all come from? What would have the power to create all this from NOTHING? God. Or some super huge advanced race to whom we are microscopic.

Those are the only two options (EDIT: that I can see).

BS,

those are not the only two options.

How about the other Infinite possibilities we cannot fathom?

True...didn't mean it as absolute. I edited my post.

Would you agree that a good basic premise would be that there could never have ever been absolutely nothing?

....my head is going to explode.

No, we have no evidence for such a premise. Anything's possible unless you have evidence to suggest otherwise...

Explaining the origin of the universe from nothing as being the handiwork of 'God' doesn't explain the origins of God. So you're back to square one. The concept of 'God' just introduces an unnecessary (and rather clumsy) factor in the argument.

You're absolutely right...but in my feeble mind, the only possible origin of everything humanity knows is either a God, or another supremely intelligent being.

Damn this concept of "all that ever was, is and will be."

The way most theologians get around the "creation of God" problem is to posit that God is infinite and eternal. He had no "beginning". But this logic is thin. You could just as easily posit that the Universe is infinite and eternal. In which case, anything that could possibly happen WILL happen, and HAS happened.

Even the Big Bang may not be the "creation" of our universe. What if the Big Bang is just a kind of cosmic "Optical Illusion" caused by great distance, great speeds, gravitational shifts, and unfathomable lengths of time?

I wouldn't think describing God as infinite and eternal would be much of an defense. I mean, if there was a God, and he created everything, then time, space, reality, whatever, wouldn't apply to him. He created them. If that makes sense..

I'm too arrogant to believe in God. I mean, say, I spent my whole life looking for a bigger meaning to it, only to find out it's to worship some asshat who thought it was clever to give you hands, and then tell you not to masturbate.

If life was about worshipping some other being, I think I would kill myself.

everything is vibrations. Why does the universe want to vibrate. How do vibrations result in the fact that YOU exist. That YOU are here making a creation from vibration. Devine must be in the cause..
