Evoloution through radiation

as you know cells mutate under radiation.

could it be possible certain evoloutions occur becuase of radition.

It is possible. they are called mutagens.

Some energies like Ultraviolet can do the job, but the DNA in the sperm or egg would have to be altered for the mutation to be passed onto the next generation.

 

There have also been theories about neutrinos passing through our DNA, and causing a form of cosmological gene splicing.
