so like, how do you put in your own custom avatar, there are all of the already made ones, but theres a button that says "do not use avatar. if you select this option, it will delete any avatar you are currently using, even custom avatars"

 

so that leads me to believe you can import pictures from the internet

You must have at least 10 posts before earning the privelage of a custom avatar; the option appears in your User CP automatically at the approriate time.:shrug:
