At night,

When I've been up longer than 12 hours

my vision (which is usually good) get's blurry

How come?

I could ask you why at night time everything moves around a little bit,

but I already know the answer to that question...

Fatigue probably. especially if you've been staring at a computer screen.

Ciliary muscles get tired, just as if your legs would after riding a bike for hours

There also might be an "Accommodation" factor of sorts...

eat lots of Carrots, Pumpkin, and take Eyebright! that might help.

Eyes are so Intricate and Amazing

I had to study quite a bit on that section in Biology Lab.

and I still forgot half of it! Ha :)

are you having a hard time focusing?

'Cuz that happens to me sometimes too when I can't sleep
