Fatigue probably. especially if you've been staring at a computer screen.Ciliary muscles get tired, just as if your legs would after riding a bike for hoursThere also might be an "Accommodation" factor of sorts... eat lots of Carrots, Pumpkin, and take Eyebright! that might help. Eyes are so Intricate and Amazing :confused: I had to study quite a bit on that section in Biology Lab.and I still forgot half of it! Ha :) are you having a hard time focusing?'Cuz that happens to me sometimes too when I can't sleep Quote
