Boerseun Posted April 2, 2006 Report Posted April 2, 2006 Yes. I know. I'm stupid. I've had issues with compiling a .wmv into an .avi, turned out my Media Player was screwed, and I had to download and reinstall wmp10. That's not where my trouble stops, however. I have to use some sort of editing suite, like avi2dvd to create a dvd thats readable on relatively old players. Get this - avi2dvd won't work without an audiostream! You can't even include a dummy blank audio stream! This is for my ad company, and I have to sort this out pretty soon. So, in short: I've got a series of jpg's from my clients, that need to be compiled into a videostream which must then be shovelled into a DVD to be put on a continuous loop as it will be played in several kiosks. Computers are out of the question, seeing as every kiosk will need a pc, and we already have the dvd players. What to do?!?!?! Are there any dvd authoring software you can recommend?Or any other helpful hints? I'm under pressure here! :( Quote
GAHD Posted April 2, 2006 Report Posted April 2, 2006 http://www.winavi.com/ WinAVI converts any* type of data your computer can decode into any* type of data your computer can decode. You should be able to use it to convert a picture slideshow to .vob *within reason. Quote
