You have a wise teacher indeed, dagas, for the doctrine of emptiness is not one that can be mastered by simply accepting someone’s word for it, not even the Buddha’s. This doctrine must be perceived directly, if it is to be of any true value, otherwise, it is just a theory, and idea. Wisdom is not about accepting or rejecting, it is about seeing clearly, not through the filter of ones own preferences and prejudices.
