This easy recipe is from June Vickerman of Paisley, Oregon :steering:

PINK LEMONADE ICEBOX PIE

1 (6 oz) frozen pink lemonade

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand is her preferred choice)

9 oz. of Cool Whip

1 (8 or 9 in.) pastrey or graham cracker pie shell

Mix frozen lemonade into sweetened condensed milk; fold in Cool Whip.

(if desired put plain or toasted cocnut on top of pie)

Chill in refrigerator...:phones: :smart:

Racoon... that sounds awesome!

Mashed Potato pie:

Make mashed potatoes to your liking, with whatever herbs and butter, garlic that you like (leftovers work well too), but try to keep them a bit thinker than usual. Get pie shell, put in potatoes, top with cheese...

That's a man dish right there (cause you see, although I love cooking, I don't bake). Yumm-diddilly-yy!

Shepards Pie

Good serving of minced beef and gravy in pie base - cover with mash potato and then cheese.

There are many variations to the recipe, above is the basics. I like to throw some peas corn and even carrot into the meat and plenty of herbs and cream in the potato
