It's a psychedelic chemical found in over the counter cough suppressents.

Lots of kids do this stuff for fun,

But it's quite the idiotic choice of entheogen, in my humble opinion.

 

I advise you not to experiment with that chemical,

It's a filler.

From my personal experience, I believe DXM can cause a less efficient mind for years into the future, and perhaps permanently. I used it for about 3 months in 2001. I would take from 354 to 708 mg, and sometimes would use more than one dose in a week's span.

I've only taken dxm twice.

One time, i was 14, I got severely nervous and drank a LOT of water...

So much water, that it dilluted the salt in my body (hypotremia, I believe)

and because of that, my brain started to swell.

I just layed there, cold, content with the fact (at the time) that I was dying.

 

Not fun, enlightening, or euphoric at all.

 

I did do it again a year ago and came to the conclusion it's a horrible drug, after I was throwing up my wonderful rice dinner.

 

Not only is it a psychedelic, but it's also a Dissociative,

Class of drugs no man should mess with.

They cause a lot of physical harm.

right. i havent ever researched it, but i have heard some nasty rumors about DXM's bodily effects...

 

i have taken DXM 7 or 8 times, and at first i liked it quite a bit becuase of the slightly euphoic effects, but that was before i really tried any "real" psychedelics. after that, i tried DXM again not too long ago, and i found it rather...mild. im just not interested in it anymore. but by all means, give it a try, P.

i can see why you would be skeptical about that statement, but c'mon man, you know this bit.

 

i know that it was a waste of time becuase i have done it, several times infact. at least enough to know that i was done with it. i highly advocate the testing of new experiences...so i would say give it a try if you are interested. just dont invite me :hihi:

 

i stopped doing over the counters for a while, then i tried dyminehydrinate (dramamine) (which for the record will mess you up WAY more then DXM), then i did too much of that so now i stick to the good stuff. :lol:

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND DOING SO

If you want to extract psychdelic chemicals you might as well just chop down some san pedro cacti.

 

Search google, maybe there are some idiots out there that have done this.
