It was another retelling of The Thousand and One Arabian Nights story, And a very good one at that. Near the beginning, Shaharazad confronts her father And derides him for being just a story teller. His response was, “People need their stories more than they need food”.When I heard this line, alarms went off in my head. I realized that I had just heard not just a truth, But a Great Truth.
