No, Ebola has a source in nature, unlike smallpox which was eliminated, which only affects humans and so vaccinating all humans eliminated the disease. Ebola has natural source and eradicating it would be much more difficult. If I remember correctly ebola's natural source is several species of megabats but it exists in many species of animals several species of primates are in this group.
