Queso Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 You're trying to figure out somethingthat nobody fully understands. But it's as simple as a yin yang, man. Quote
Queso Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 Telepathy is an old word. I believe when the conscious being dreams,it projects it's energy bodylike a wireless network (Don't you see theanalogies between our analog and digital realm? You probably don't even know what I mean by that.My transmission must be scrambled in your brain.Like eggs.) Just because you can't do it,see it, or remember it,doesn't mean it doesn't occur. You do,or do you? I believe I do,because I've done it,just like climbing a rockon the beach, flying in an indigo worldI remember both,Equally. You're talking about the universal mind, the tangible/intangible blurry concept (THAT OCCURS AS AN ARCHETYPE,WORLDWIDE!See Jung: Archetypes) where partitions (US, PEOPLE, INDIVIDUALS)can dialate timeand experience a million yearsin one moment.Probably just takes practice'cause I lived a whole weekin just an hour, once. see what I mean byphysicless? ;) And how does this relate to the universal mind?Talk to some peoplewho have interacted with other energy bodies in their dreams, lucidly, and then met up in the "Real World"and discussed their interaction. It's very rare, considering nowadays people think sorcery'sjust a bunch of pseudo magic for crazy people. There is no proofexcept for experience. Nothing mattersand I'm a spiritual person. Dude,it looks like you've only read one book, and have like-One man's opinion stuck in your head.Explore s'moreand see for yourselfwhat life's all about. I have faith that you will read thisjust 'cause I ****ing know you will. Weeeeeird. I believe this, you believe that,Nobody but mesees the manwith the whiffletop-hat,unless you were there too! I'm a ****ing poet, you can't demand things from me!All I have is a green box of skin, furry in the windand it's full of secrets, and puzzle pieces. YOU THINK I'VE FINISHED THE PUZZLE? That's nirvana, pyrmd. Quote
Tarantism Posted May 29, 2006 Author Report Posted May 29, 2006 i have read all about jung and his theories. personally i refuse to take things on faith. that is tip-toeing scarily towards religion! if nobody fully understands it, then why talk about it like you do? if you do infact claim to have an understanding, why can you not re-crate evidence? are you suggesting that you are some kind of higher being, with knowlege that us mere mortals cannot understand?? unlikely, though granted isnt impossible, becasue nothing is. but i think you are just like anyone else, only you have succumb to supernatural belief and i have not. therefore, you are so certain that you are right. kinda sadly reminds me of bible thumpers. i have seen "the waking life" too, and i do believe that the lucidity in dreams in a variety of real consiousness, i also think that, yes, we can interact with other beings on some plain that we cannot comprehend during waking life, or "normal consiousness". however, i do not believe that this constitutes Universal Mind. if the "mind" or "knowlege to be gained" was infact "universal" then it would have to fit definition standards. your responses are jumbled, i can only get bits and pieces of counter-argument from them. perhaps you should be more direct, and not try to write in such a way that words seem life pretty litte metaphors for "real" things. this is just a suggestion, and normally i enjoy your almost short hand responses. i do not "demand" anything from you, but if you care to argue against my resonable points, you can at least present evidence. real, recreatable things, not something you have seen in a dream. the imagination is infinate and as you say "physicless", but the body and brain are NOT. we exist in this universe and are therefore bound to its rules. but i do not discount your eligent imagination, which could have thought up some things that you bring up. IDMclean Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 I don't know if it counts as Parapsychology, Psionics or what, but I can discearn north with a moment's concentration, I can even tell you the degrees from absolute north that a given direction is, +- 5 to 10 degrees. Depends on the enviromentals, like fog messes with my intuitive sense. I can tell you which way is magnetic north too. Quote
