I am a new member and in the UK where it is now 2.00am and time for me to continue my work.

I love reading and have a wide assortment of books on all topics, I love music and read and write same, play the flute; I have a little rescue dog who keeps me company and my love in life are horses although I do a lot of rescue work with various dog breeds, someone has to.

In between that I have a full time job and I research illnesses and diseases most of the time. What works with humans often works with animals.

I have a nice home, not far from beautiful country walks which I no longer am able to enjoy as I used to.

Some years ago a minor accident changed my total existence, not for the better but I don't think you need to know about that!

If I can answer questions please ask and I'll try but I am basically a private person, very forthright and have strong views. I also wish to continue learning and ask a lot of questions. I hope you can all cope with that and I look forward to finding time to go back and read old posts so I can understand more of what you all do.

You like Animals Laura??

I love animals of any kind. I deal mainly with domestic animals, some farm animals, Horse Studs and Kennels. I used to teach Classical Riding as that was my 'hobby' many years ago, I also trained and still do sometimes health permitting, dogs/horses and their owners! I am a Homeopath, a Doctor of Veterinary Homeopathy to be precise and also have my Masters. I seemed to be hearing a lot about sick animals and couldn't see normal medicine helping. I also lost a very beautiful young horse to his first ever vaccine and over medication of anti biotics so I decided to try and change things. I now see both sides of the fence and am not anti vets or allopathic treatments, it has it's place as do alternative therapies but I do prefer to study and research certain illnesses and diseases that there seem to be no cure for and find the cure homeopathically. So far, good results but it's hard work and I have not long had my memory back. I also enjoy working with wildlife. My dream is, of course, to swim with Dolphins but I doubt that will happen. I do believe they have healing powers and my brother has a charity for children where we pay for sick children to go and have treatment, their reward is to swim with dolphins and I have to say, it makes a difference somehow and they are forever changed. I do the animal charity and have my own so between us we have it well covered.

I will try and find your animal thread and read it.

I also notice that certain words get highlighted in posts, why is that?

Thank you for your welcome and yours too Bill, I am sure I will learn a lot. I hope to that is why I joined.

You seem like a pretty amazing person. Welcome to Hypography

Not so sure about that but thank you anyway. I fear it will take me a long time to find my way round and get into certain threads but I do have quiet moments as I am a terrible insomniac so the Internet is very friendly to people like me. My brain will just not shut down!!!

Well hope to see you when you come back - Im sure you will find something attune with your interests here

It is science for everyone

I hope I do find something. I was researching something and got led to this forum so obviously there is information on here that I can learn from.

I am also 'into' strange things like communication, healing, Pyramids, and so many other things. My mind likes to store information. I am sure I will enjoy the forums in good time.

Howdy Laura! I fixed the quotes in the replies you posted in the Introductions. You need to make sure you have a

at the end to properly frame the quotes.

I was going to PM this to you, but I couldn't for some reason.

Enjoy the threads!

I shall leave this entire. I am not sure what you mean. If there is a specific way to respond to posts just tell me. You prefer not to have some of the post you are referring to in the response? I hate forums for this reason but if you just guide me as to the correct way I'll do it. I made sure I did not get any PM's other than the 'bosses' is that okay? Laura

No problem. Just thought I would point it out. When you replied it had the beginning of the quote, but not the end.

The difference is this...

or this....

Not a rule or anything. It was something I didn't know how to do until someone pointed it out to me.
