Well, I'm sure I'll be remembered by many of our long term members here, and I dearly look forward to once again gleening knowledge off you as I once again clutter your once clean posting hallows with rambling nonsense and glaring contradictions :D ! Just kidding  .

Honestly though, it's gonna feel good to be back. I can't wait talk with you all again, Tormod, Buffy, IrishEyes, C1ay, infamous, GAHD, pgrmdave, Turtle, Jay-qu, alexander, sanctus, niviene, orbsycli, Boerseun, nemo, Uncle Martin... And SO many more... Don't feel bad if I left you out... I just don't want to run out of room ;). For the fresh meat, like myself currently, my interests lie in the fields of Physics, Astronomy, Theology, and Criss Angel lol (Seriously though... HOW does he do it  ?? It's nucking futs I tell you...). I use a lot of smiley's, get used to it :D. And I guess no one will ever beat my Chopper Challenge high score I set while restraining myself from a particularly tempting thread =/...

As many of you may know, I left a while ago to pursue my College career, since that time much has happened, a bit too much to bog down this post with, maybe. I have begun to blaze my trail into the adult world by completing my first semester of college (Working towards my Major in Physics), I have been to court for assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, malicious mischief, and vandalism... three felony charges and a misdemeanor, I'm actually about to hear the terms of my parole for that incident (Just so no one gets a TOO far out there impression of what may have happened... I'll just say the "deadly" weapon was an egg :eek_big: .), and I hope to soon join the Navy (With some difficulty now :( :).) and advance my goals of becoming a Nuclear Technician aboard their vessels, I've loved, I've lost, and I've even died... There is more, but I think I'll leave a few blank spots for now ;).

I have had to essentially deprive myself of this website just to focus on school , it's that addicting :hyper: . I have stopped by a couple of times during the Semester, but I had to forcefully restrain myself from posting again, lol (That must've been funny for others to watch :D). I am now going to be spending some desperately needed quality time with Hypography though :hihi:...

If you need to know more about me, I give you a late "Welcome to Hypography." :D , and if you just want to know more about me, feel free to ask ;).

Glad to be back. Which would you prefer orbsycli? Only the Navy can offer fields dealing so closely to the types of Physics I'm pursuing. The Army has limited career possibilities, and the Air force is full. And you'd just have to be not smart to join the Marines...

SO many more is truly the state of affairs here of late Dark Mind. So how you been? I was wondering just the other day if we would ever hear from you again. Honestly, it is good to see you back in the fray my friend, you've been missed.........................Infy

Well... All in all, I've been well :). Just finished last exams yesterday and other than that, I guess the action has really only come intermittently. It's so good to be be back here without worrying about continuing a lifelong habit of procrastination. College was fun (I LEARNED stuff :eek_big:.), and the rest of my experiences have matured me for the better ; ].

I did see you logged in a few times, that was funny - I even dropped you an email (must have been your old one or something..)

Yay! Dark's back! :friday: Welcome back to the Monkey House stranger!

Eggs are good for assault. I have gotten in trouble for water (lucky me: no charges  ). Join the club. :)

I'm from a "Navy"-family, so I approve. One of my uncle's was even a captain on a nuke sub! Fun stuff, so good luck with that! Their so desperate for recruits that you might find them looking the other way on those charges... :hihi:

Oh and if you missed it, ask Turtle to send you or post his Spy vs. Spy avatar from a few weeks ago: even better than my Pink Spy!

Cheers! :hihi:

Lucky... I've been paying attention lately to the charges some of the people on Cops have been getting and comparing them to the seriousness of their offense. It's ridiculous what some of them get away with and others get bent over for. I saw a hotel manager get assault with a deadly weapon plus various other charges for spraying a news reporter with a hose! He got a $500 fine and 6 months jail time! wtf... And then I saw a drunk diabetic trying to ditch the cops in a car. The chase led to a bridge where he started hitting other vehicles and trying to force his own car over the side of the bridge. The chase ended with his car breaking down, and him jumping immediately out of the car and running for the side of the bridge and jumping over with zero hesitation. I forget the height, but it was enough to kill someone they said. He was rescused, still alive and conscious, and arrested. He got six months probation! Oh, forgot to mention... He was also a repeat offender! This wasn't his first DUI...

It makes no sense =/. Oh well... At least I'm getting off with just a years worth of probation and a $300 fine. Yay me?

I'll send Turtle a PM right away :hyper: and thanks for the support on joining the Navy :hihi:. sanctus and orbsycli are definitely not for it :D. I doubt they'll look the other way based on the field I'm joining. When you're the guy responsible for keeping the nuclear propulsion systems in working order on a sub or one of the few aircraft carriers using nuclear energy, you're gonna need a pretty high security clearance, and three of my charges were felonies. I think I'm going to have to wait for my records to be sealed at the end of the year :(.

And Jay-qu, I have my Hypo E-mail automatically forwarded to goldfish_assassin. I never got anything =/. I usually check ALL my E-mail at that account, because it's one of the few I try to keep free from spam. Zonkers441 is my spam mail account, anytime I have to register with an E-mail and I'm dubious of the site, I use that one :). Anything important? Or just saying "Hey! Get back here!" :D?

NAVY is a great way to go. I almost joined the Navy, but I didn't want to be cooped in the belly of a ship. The key is to get good scores on your ASVAB. Do well on that and you can get any profession in the service that you want. Nuclear Power Program is always in demand, great training, and good paying job on the outside.

Well... A couple facts about the ASVAB and the people who take it :hihi:: The ASVAB does not score you solely based on the number of correct answers you give. It is a percentile test, it places you in whatever "percentile" you belong in. It works like this: If you score a 95 on your ASVAB only 5 percent of the people in the entire military are smarter than you :). You can't score a 100, just like on any test like this (Used to piss me off in grade school, too. On the standardized test like STAR, CAT, and ACT I would always score a 99 in about 4 categories. I used to always think I was one question away from a perfect score! :hyper: ). Half the people who take the ASVAB are idiots. Another 25% of them just don't try to do well.

With a few points of info now in your mind, I'll let you know. I scored a 97 on the ASVAB :D. Only 3% (I wonder if that should actually be 2%?) of the entire military was smarter than me upon their time of enlistment :D. I'm qualified to do whatever the hell I want in the military :(.
