Is Orby really Gone?

I hope Orby doesn't leave. as much discussion as we've had.

Rest assured Racoon, orbsycli will almost undoubtedly return. Probably not for a while based on his exit (Very dramatic). He's got his pride to maintain and you can't make a big deal about your leaving like that and come back the next day and expect everything to be cool.

 

orbsycli has been a member almost as long as me, and I've seen him leave before (On a much different note.) but he did eventually make it back, albeit months later (Much like my own recent absence :D.). But I feel fully confident in saying orbsycli will return again some day to wander these hallowed halls :).

 

He has much invested in these Forums, and many friends with whom he can communicate on these boards, and undoubtedly many unfinished conversations that will need to be finished someday ;).

Orby is transitioning right now.

 

He's been planning for a while now.

 

Hypography aside, he's been planning on leaving.

 

And if he follows through with his plan.... I doubt he'll have much access to any sort of technology... even if he did change his mind about Hypography.

 

The people here on the forums are not the only ones in danger of never hearing from orby ever again.

 

He even has all of his san jose buddies baffled in disbelief at his plans to just disappear.

a few months ago, i hear he is leaving...

then again a few weeks later,

and then a week or so after that.

 

then about 2 months ago he contacts me throgh AOL Instant messenget and says "im going to vancouver...so yeah...see you around".

talks about walking to brazil or some ****.

 

if he actually did leave this time, i would say we can expect his return sooner rather than later, if not to San Jose, then at least on Hypography.

 

i agree with racoon, he is a valuable member of Hypography. who now will pose a fruitless argument about Universal Mind with me? ;)

It's hard to just leave. But if anyone is gonna do it, it's orby.

 

He's pretty much got a job in new york now. So, he not gonna be a part of any hippie communes. Atleast not for a while. More than likely, we'll see him again in real life. Not so much on hypo.

 

Rest assured, he still learns and progresses. Everyday.
