The mentally challenged i.e. superficial, tend to complicate things to 'appear' clever. The intelligent simplify things to 'be' clever.

This is not an attack upon those with lower IQ's than us but an attempt to explain where creative/inventive people are coming from and the motives of those that block their endevours and why (Beaurocracy/suppression/ personal attacks upon). I personally believe it is better to look up to someone than down upon someone else as this shows insecurity (jealousyfear)in you: Good heart versus defensive ego's. Wars are caused by people trying to suppress things as peace is expression of that which we all need to grow: Suppression (hiding the truth) is the opposite of what true science and progress in any field is about. Both these states exist not only in others in the outside world but are the cause of self-sabotage and self-promotion in the individual. Spirituality is in fact pursuit of the truth in any area of life as materialism is accepting and chasing after the rewards of office: I don't denigrate either approach, just try to understand them as parts that make up a whole.

Empty pots make loud sounds on being tapped, while the filled ones make barely audiable ones.

I guess its the desire of the unintellegent to recieve the respect associated with intellect, while the intellegent care not about it, instead they fear being misinterpreted.

I answered the question solely with regard to itself. Your statement in your opening post did not seem to relate to the question, so I ignored it for purposes of answering.

On the other hand, the cryptic nature of your opening post *did* cause me to *think* about what your motives in asking the question might be. How facinatingly self-referential!

The statements in your opening post are interesting although I still put it in my "crass generalizations requiring at least ten exceptions to justify", but they're certainly true in some cases.

What's next in this experiment Paige?

Sadly true - my mother was terrified of being misunderstood and always was and I've recieved flak for the same reason, which is what started my quest to find out why (and does every time it happens now).

Good thought too about their motivation - very charitable. I think it's the same with anything - if you've got it, it doesn't matter to you (seems valueless)but if you don't, you desire it: Laws of attraction and negative things like envy/jealousy spring to mind.:cup:

What's next and its relation to my first post - well I thought that would be as clear as mud by now!

Truth is simple - lies are complex ( to hide what is usually so obvious, you cannot believe you've been duped by the sleight of hand of the magician).

Have you been fed today?:phones:

...sooooo, what does that have to do with motivation? Are you saying that there are only two motivations, lies and truth? Why can't you just make it simple and say what you mean?

More riddles? Just what are you hiding? Hmmm? :)

Your hair wore some roses or perhaps they were peonies, :phones:
