My favourite drink is rooibos tea, a very healthy herbal tea made from Aspalathus linearis, a plant only found in the south west region of South Africa.

Strong mixture of Lemon water, black coffee, and a little vodka(a little). Not exactly the best beverage... but trust me, it's great once you get to know it.

My typical liquid consumption is...

 

92% Ice water

5% Iced Tea

2% Milk

1% All others including soda, beer, wine, etc.

 

This has changed greatly over the years since the days that it was dominated by Tequila and RC Cola.
