Southtown Posted August 27, 2006 Report Posted August 27, 2006 Ya well, I work for a giganto-corp as well, and it's actually rare that you see smart decisions being made. Because when the grunts do what the management tells them and the bottom line is then negatively effected, the upper management is only capable of throwing another layer of middle management at the problem. Unfortunately, management has no clue because they don't actually work next to the grunts. All they do is read reports and have meetings. Too bad they make all the money, huh? Quote
