I don't know if you knew this, but Mary Magnellen is Patroness of the Dominican Order. The Dominicans have a special Mass in her honor.

 

Many have said that she was the whore to be stoned.Others have said that she was the sister of Martha.Still others believe that she was a rich woman living in Magnellen.She remains a mystery even today.
