Oblate spheroid, which has already been mentioned, is the general term. There are several minor variations superimposed on this due to distribution of the continents and their associated granitic roots.

 

I have always favoured describing it as a geoid. i.e Earth shaped. Deliciously precise, yet overwhelmingly vague.;)
