IMAMONKEY! Posted October 12, 2006 Report Posted October 12, 2006 GREEEEEN!!! /forums/images/smilies/banana_sign.gif Ive returned to Hypography and I have some new views... or so i would suppose. My latest and greatest question is why are women chronically so pessimistic about their looks? That seems to bother me quite a bit. I'm sitting here in school next to a girl who is doing just that! Never question a woman's vanity but when theyre not around me right now i might as well question it. What's up with that? By the way this thread might be in the wrong topic so if it's neccesary you may move it all you want. Regards, IMAMONKEY! RED!!! /forums/images/smilies/banana_sign.gif Quote
Mohit Pandey Posted October 12, 2006 Report Posted October 12, 2006 why are women chronically so pessimistic about their looks? They act according to their behavior. By the laws of the nature, women's main work is to attract males and mate with them. Thus they act naturally. It is in their genes. Quote
InfiniteNow Posted October 12, 2006 Report Posted October 12, 2006 Your question doesn't seem to take into account individual differences, and also implies gender specificity when none might be relevant. However... Cuz men tend to look for physical features when selecting a mate as being the most important and we all have a biological drive (even if unconscious) to reproduce and attract mates... is the answer to your question.
