Obviously this is my obligatory first "hello" post. I'm on a mission to save the world and would be very greatful if anyone could help me with that, especially since most of the science involved is on way too small a scale for me to get my head round (I'm much more biology than physics)..... at some point my brain might just explode so please bare with me!

When thinking of saving the world, gisele, try to remember what you mean by "world." My world and your world will have lots and lots of overlap, but there is not a 1 to 1 correspondence. Also, we may think different parts need saving. I look forward to discussing this with you more in the forums. Welcome.
