Well, how do you put it then with classical thermodynaimcs, isn't it the simple answer to those who try to understand Statistical mechanics (whichi is my case as I got the exam in less than a month)?

Just watch out there is a nice defense of thermodynamics by Einstein (I still tend to be very sceptical about thermodynamics, but...), you find it at the end of page two (don't worry it's english) of this pdf document:
