Eilizsia Posted November 10, 2006 Report Posted November 10, 2006 We All Believe our opinions are rational compaired to the next person. What we all missunderstand is that we all have a different perception of undertanding information from others. Thus... Not one person or text or book or lesson controls my freedom to believe what is right for me to believe......no-ones believes or opinions matter if they are trying to control you free will to learn for yourself.... How can anyone say they are right compared to anyone elses experiences, since we are all different with our knowledge. Unfortunatly we all like to Dictate to eachother......Thus we are All dictators, because we try to control the freewill of other to accept our ideas or beliefs of opinions.... Im just as wise as the next person because the nest person is learning as i am. Knowledge is only power if you choose not to OverPower others with it. Mistakes can not teach us anything if someone else is telling us how a mistake happend in there view. The Whole Answer, No-one Really Listens to Good Advice because all of us choose individually to believe we Know more than the next person. We forget that we are Equall Knowmatter what we Know.......We are Not wise. The truth. An adult thinks they are Wiser than a child, because a child has not learnt the way they did.....Thus the Child will end up an Adult that wanted to learn for themselves..... The reason Its Not What you Learn, Its how You Understand what you Learn. The Concept and Question Can anyone find Truth by Being rational? 1st Answer=Question How can anyone be completly rational if they are looking for truth in others and not themselves? What is Your Answer. Quote
InfiniteNow Posted November 10, 2006 Report Posted November 10, 2006 You raise a lot of interesting points which would be more accurate if you avoided terms like "all," "everyone," "no one," and other such absolutes, but that's just the truth as I see it. Rationality and truth are intangible, even ephemeral, and are thus intensely resistent to common definition. Cheers. :) Quote
