Depending on your wordprocessor, you may have a Save As option for PDF format. That's all I know, and I'm sticken to it. :)

Got any OCR software? Haha - you can do a screen capture (press PrtScr when you have the document open) and then go to your OCR software and Ctrl-V it in there. It should process it as a normal OCR done on a .bmp or .jpg.

Download and install the program, it will act as a virtual printer.

Print your document, choosing "PDF creator" for your printer.
