cooldude Posted December 15, 2006 Report Share Posted December 15, 2006 so, i have to make a rubber band car for my 8th grade physics class. here are the exact guidelines/ rules- your car must go atleast 6 meters it can have no more than 2 #33 rubber bands it must be able to travel the distance over and over again you may not propel the car in a slingshot fashion your car must have atleast 3 wheels only household items, not intended for the purpose for which you used them, can be used looks count, so make your car as attractive as possible no mousetraps are allowed no legos, tinkertoys, construx (etc.) or pinewood derby materials are allowed no coffee cans or similar structures are allowed (including soup, soda, and tuna cans) what do i do? ive already made 2 practice cars and thay both go less than 1/2 meter.
