C1ay Posted January 25, 2007 Report Posted January 25, 2007 Well, technically tarantulas are not true spiders, they are mygalomorphs. They are related to spiders and scorpions but so are crabs, lobsters and crayfish... Quote

Ganoderma Posted January 25, 2007 Report Posted January 25, 2007 nice snakes :hyper: when i was in canda i used to keep quite a few reptiles. i have only bred a few snakes, most i sold before they were old enough to move here. once i get all my enclosures shipped out to taiwan i will setup shop again. curious what got you interested? i mostly kept boids, but my absolute favorite snake has to be the tri-coloured hognose....it just makes my head go blank. Can you find many out in your area? i dont have my hooks here either so all teh snakes i see in the bush i have to say "is it really worth it....?" :naughty: Quote
mark5019 Posted January 25, 2007 Author Report Posted January 25, 2007 i wasnt allowed to have a puppy or a cat then  hog nosed snakes are cute but can be dificult to keep. heres a link to my friends site he makes snake hooks not expensive i use them as we do have hots here Snakehook.net Quote
