hallenrm Posted January 29, 2007 Report Posted January 29, 2007 We all are aware ogf the disases of the body, that limit our physical performance. But have you ever thought of diseases of the thoughts that can limit your capability to think in a particular useful manner. Say creative thinking. I believe there is an epidemic of certain kinds of thought diseases in the world today!:naughty: Any comments? ;): Quote
Tormod Posted January 29, 2007 Report Posted January 29, 2007 I don't think it's called a disease...it's called "current trends". ;) Quote

Let them think they are thinking whilst we think. Well said wine, thanks, indeed the epidemic has spread so far and wide that people fail to sense the disease even. Haven't we ever heard of the disease of poverty, people suffering from it are not even concious of it. Any way, what I have in mind to say amounts to, that the modern human being, and by that I generally mean the cosmopolitan citizens, are so much engrossed in consumerism that they often forget what ios healthy living. They live only to consume, they work so that they can earn money to consume more and more consumer goods. The result is often they have no time to contemplate about human relations leave aside personal relations or about matters that are really not related to consumer goods or methods to acquire them.::) :teeth:  Quote
