Tormod Posted December 17, 2004 Author Report Posted December 17, 2004 Turns out that it is ZoneAlarm pro that stops the animation on my PC! :) Quote
Aquagem Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 I want to try sending a jpeg for use in a later post in another thread. This is a fanciful picture of a human sperm, drawn shortly after the microscope became available in the early 19th Century, and it shows how we interpret what we observe in nature. We draw on our own experience and put a human face on the inhuman, in this case, at the small end of the spectrum. So a sperm contains a little, wee, tiny baby (complete with a soft spot!). Looking the other way, our god, too, looks like a man, this time a REALLY BIG ONE. He's a dad, an enforcer, protector, provider, and cares for his children, every one of them. If only nature were so accommodating. Quote
