Hey all, a chick from Oz here.

Am interested in sciency type stuff and after reading Stephen Hawking's biography recently, have been pondering his theory of foam type universes joined by black holes/worm holes, and am interested in what people's thoughts are in regard to this and what might be 'outside' of this structure (for want of a better word).

Anyways that's what brought me here, but am into science in general so will no doubt spend a stupid amount of time lurking around here when i should be doing what theyre paying me for.

Cheers for the forums can't wait to get check it all out :)

Hello PS,

Welcome to Hypography. Your introduction touched on the concept of quantum foam, universal boundary and the undefined external to that boundary, and screwing around while working. You should do just fine here. Enjoy your stay. :)

Cheers. :)

Thanks for the warm welcome Mods!

I am very much looking forward to asking many a stupid question and finding out just how much i don't know about many of the topics that interest me.

And with yet another swealtering 38 degree day here today, which will mean our failing public transport system will be even more unpleasent than usual, I think i'll be stopping by the climate change boards instead of completing the documentation i'd pencilled in for today :0353:

Thanks again,

From one Aussie chick to another - Welcome!

I'm always checking out Hypography when I'm at work because it's far more interesting than what they pay me to do.

Anyway, enjoy your time here! :0353:
